What is Fire Door?

There are international norms that determine test methods and acceptance criteria. The most popular among international norms are EN and NFPA.

NFPA is an acronym formed by the initials of the words “National Fire Protection Association”. It is a universal organization that is mandatory in the United States of America and includes many fire safety standards. NFPA has aroused great respect all over the world thanks to the content and rich programs it has prepared on fire safety. This is of course also true for Turkey. NFPA is currently the most resourced and respected organization in its field in the world.

 

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) publishes more than 300 consensus codes and standards aimed at minimizing the possibility and effects of fire and other risks.
